Terms of Reference for business use of Wiltshire Together
Wiltshire Together is a free community platform that connects people in Wiltshire to their community. Non-profit organisations (charities) or groups can post a variety of community listings, services, events or volunteering opportunities to this platform for free.
The platform is paid for and licensed by Wessex Community Action (charity) and is paid for out of charitable funds. WCA is there to support and advise all charities and community groups across Wiltshire. From a business point of view, we are a little like the Chamber of Commerce or Small Business Federation but to the not-for-profit sector.
We recognise that there are a large number of sole traders and small businesses that offer health and social care support to communities throughout Wiltshire via their business activities.
As of 1st March 2024 we are now offering businesses and sole traders an opportunity to promote their for-profit services to our community on Wiltshire Together for a means-tested donation.
We want to keep the platform free from advertising and free for residents of Wiltshire to use.
Therefore, we would welcome and encourage an annual donation from any businesses or sole traders who meet our criteria and wish to add their services or activities to our platform.

| Small businesses - Annual income of less than £50K | £150 a year |
| Medium businesses - Annual income of £50K – £100K | £300 a year |
| Large businesses - Annual income of over £100K | £500 a year |
Before considering sharing your services on Wiltshire Together, we encourage you to consider how your service improves the quality of life to residents.
Please note, the Wiltshire Together administration team reserve the right to reject your application to promote your services or activities on our platform if the content is not appropriate or if you take advantage of this offer and overwhelm our platform with your ‘classes’ etc. If you run a large range of paid for classes, we encourage you to only list a summary of those classes and activities to avoid flooding the.
